An eight-day intensive course for operators ready to step into the training side of the industry. This program is designed for those seeking to deliver professional firearms instruction and safely manage live-fire training environments as a Range Conducting Officer / Range Safety Officer.
The course covers instructional methodology, lesson design, practical delivery, remedial coaching, range command and control, safety protocols, risk assessment, and assessment standards.
The course is an advanced train-the-trainer program that assists students to further develop the knowledge, structure, and confidence required to plan, deliver, supervise, and assess firearms training in a professional environment.
This course is suitable for existing firearms instructors, experienced hostile environment operators, military and police personnel, security professionals, competitive shooters, and capable firearms users who are already instructing or ready to move into a formal training or range safety role.

Prerequisite entry is based on either a professional background involving advanced weapons handling, or proven foundational skills with clear mastery of the basics.
We understand that in Australia, the UK and many other countries, outside of active military service and specialist police roles, there are limited opportunities to maintain skill at arms. For that reason, additional pre-course training will be made available before each intake where required.
This gives students the opportunity to sharpen fundamentals, increase repetitions, and arrive at the required standard before the main course begins.
